FAQ
How to get there?
Airport transfer is included with every package. Our driver will be waiting for you just outside the airport, holding a sign with our logo.

The guest house is situated just outside the center of Tamraght, near the roundabout that connects Tamraght to Taghazout. From the main road, take the last street on the right before the roundabout. Drive to the end of the street and turn left in front of a large yellow-brown hotel. Continue the road up the hill until you reach our guest house.

You will be provided with our exact location on Google Maps after the booking has been confirmed.
What's the payment method?
We ask you to transfer an advance of 30% within 48 hours after receiving an email with your booking confirmation. The outstanding amount should be paid and received 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival date the latest.
The bank details to which you can transfer the payment will be sent to you by email, along with a booking confirmation.

What about the cancellation policy?
In the event of a cancellation by the guest, The Horizon will retain the non-refundable deposit (of 30%) paid at the time of the booking.
If the guest cancels more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, The Horizon will refund any additional payments made, less any bank charges or fees incurred by The Horizon.
If the guest cancels less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, The Horizon will retain the full amount paid for the booking.
No refunds will be given for early checkouts or no-shows.
I have never surfed before, is that a problem?
Absolutely not! Our guesthouse is open to surfers of all levels. Our coaches are trained and certified to teach beginners everything they need to know, and to help improve intermediate/advanced surfers where needed.
Can I bring my own surf equipment?
Certainly! We encourage our guests to bring their own board if they have one, as it will help with their surfing progression. If the surfing conditions don’t allow you to use your own material (for example having a shortboard when the waves are smaller), there is always the option to rent equipment from us. Besides that, there is plenty of space in the accommodation to safely store the board.
Is travel insurance necessary?
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for all tourists traveling to Morocco. The Horizon recommends that travel insurance be purchased at the time of deposit to cover cancellation fees. Check if the insurance covers surfing.

Whether you're traveling solo, with a group, or as a female traveler, you can feel confident and secure while exploring this vibrant country.
